How to Book

Bookings

Bookings are made over the phone.  You will need to speak to one of our lovely staff members and provide as much information as you can on your riding experience.  We will also need to know your height and weight in order to match you with the most suitable horse for your ride

Please note: We have a maximum weight limit of 14 stone

Bookings must be made in advance and we will need to take a 50% deposit to secure your booking which can be done by Debit or Credit Card.  We operate on a first come first serve basis so your booking is not confirmed until we have received the deposit.

As a busy stables, we are not always able to get to the phone. If this is the case when you call, please leave a voicemail with your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can

 

What to Wear

Riders must wear full length trousers/jodhpurs for their ride (we recommend something comfortable such as leggings, jogging bottoms or jeans)

Boots with a slight heel should be worn (we have plenty here so can provide boots if needed).

Current standard riding hats must be worn for the duration of the ride. Hats are provided if needed at no extra charge

 

Cancellation policy

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation more than 72 hours before your ride will allow your deposit to be moved to a different date or ride, or be refunded.  If notification is received less than 72 hours prior to your booking the deposit is non-refundable
