• 20 X 40 Woodchip Ménage
• Secure tack room with generous space for storage of tack, rugs and grooming equipment
• 24hr CCTV
• 3m x 3.5m box with rubber matting
• Solid concrete mounting block for safe mounting

• Access to miles of amazing hacking with little to no roadwork over a wide variety of environments including:
  • 3 miles of sandy beach with 5 minutes of roadwork (seasonal – bit.ly/beachpermits)
  • Miles of open fields across Ballard and Nine Barrow Downs with stunning views over Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth.
  • Acres of pine forest with sandy and grassy tracks to explore in Rempstone Forest that are ride-able all year round without roadwork.
  • Godlingston Heath with access directly behind the yard through bridleways, avoiding roadwork.
