Please do not proceed with any purchase or voucher/gift card redemption until you have read, understood and accepted these      terms and conditions.

• Your voucher will act as your deposit, please use it when paying for your ride. 
  
• It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/issue.
• The ride should take place before the voucher’s expiry date.
• Please book your ride as well in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Weekends, bank and school holidays are our busiest times, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
• Please note that the voucher is for a certain amount and not a specific ride unless issued manually for charity organisations and/or raffles. Our prices go up from time to time to help managing rising costs, the price of the ride can be confirmed at the time of booking and you can use your voucher towards the payment. If the prices have gone up since the voucher has been issued/purchased, you will have to top up the amount with your debit/credit card when confirming the booking. 
• Your voucher is non-refundable.
• Insufficient cancellation notice (–72hrs) will result in your voucher and your ride being voided. 
• Vouchers are not transferable to another recipient.
  

• Correct information, particularly in regard to weight, is vital for the safety of the rider and the welfare of the horse. 
• All of our 2-hour rides require a minimum of an intermediate level of riding (requirements can be found below).  
• Our stables currently have a weight limit of 14 stone / 89 kg / 196 lbs. 

• Rides continue in all weathers, unless deemed unsafe by staff. 
• Our beach riding season is from the 1st October – 30th June.  
• We are unable to ride on the beach during July, August, and September.
• Voucher payments are not refundable once they have been made.
